Hubei Huangshi Jinxiu Textile Co., Ltd. was founded by Hubei Mailyard Share Co., Ltd. and Kurabo Co., Ltd. Our former name was Hubei Mei Cang Textile Co., Ltd. After reforming our stock system and integrating our capital in July, 2006 and after going through effective asset reorganization in 2009, our company became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hubei Mailyard Share Co., Ltd. The registered capital of our company is RMB5 million.

Our company holds equipment that is worth RMB55 million, including 10000 sets of woolen weaving machinery and 48 gripper looms, a factory covering an area of 59000 square meters and more than 500 employees and specializes in the manufacture of high-grade garment fabrics and fashion fabrics. Meanwhile, we have a production line which integrates product design, dyeing, weaving, finishing and the advanced manufacture of trousers, with an annual production capacity of 2.4 million meters of worsted fabrics and 300,000 pieces of men's slacks.

Our company has successfully imported the most advanced pre-spinning equipment from Italy, modern automatic winders and gripper looms with high quality and high efficiency from Japan and finishing equipment from Germany and Japan. The equipment provides a high degree of automation and excellent performances which have reached advanced world levels.

Our company passed ISO9001 quality system certification in 1997 and ISO14001 environment management system certification in 2004. More than 70% of our employees were sent to Japan for one year's study and training.

Our main products include all kinds of pure wool worsted fabrics, wool & polyester blended fabrics for high-grade men's suits, casual clothes and ladies' wear, yarns, men's slacks and scarves. 70% of our products are mainly exported to Japan. Part of our products is for sale in Europe, America and domestic market. With strict adherence to the quality policy of "striving for excellence and perfection with continuous innovation and improvement based on customers' needs" and the tenet of "quality first, credit uppermost", our company will spare no efforts to provide the best services for our customers.
